We frequent Outback away from the airport quite often, and decided it was a good option when our overseas flight was delayed. They seemed quite busy, but turnover was fast and we were seated sooner than expected. Our server was efficient but we didn't feel rushed in any way. The steak we chose was the Outback Special, smaller size, and it was cooked to perfection, and tender enough that the plastic utensils were not an issue.
