I would like to acknowledge the kindness shown to me by a staff member, Mariama, working in your cafe in Charles de gaulle airport, Paris.

Whilst waiting for our return flight home to Dublin from Disneyland Paris, on 3rd January, we stopped for coffee at your cafe in the airport. Unfortunately, my hot coffee was spilled over me and our 5 year old boy when my husband sat down at our table. This could have been an inconvenience for Mariama, but she was so kind and helpful to us. She moved us to another table, got a cold cloth to cool the skin and even replaced the coffee and spoiled pastry. Then she offered to rinse out our son's trousers when she noticed my husband was going to the washroom with them.

It is a credit to your company to have this kind hearted and extremely plesent lady working for you and I wish for you to be aware of this.

I will certainly call in for a coffee if I ever happen to be passing one of your outlets in the future, but will be careful not to spill it!

Stay away because of horrible service.

Cons Service is horrible. The people behind counter seem to hate any kind of question or request. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
