Doutor is another one of those Japanese-style coffee places. This one is located inside KIX.

The Kansai International Airport, located on a man-made island off the shores of Osaka, is Japan's 2nd most important international airport. It opened in 1994, and is connected to the mainland by the one billion dollar Sky Gate Bridge. Of it's 17 million annual passengers, 11 million are international. It was named one of the four best airports in the world in 2006, and has the world's longest terminal at 1.7km.
